Have you dreamed of making quilts? If you’re a confident sewist, you can become a competent quilt maker with the skills you’ll learn in the Beginner Quiltmaking sessions at Sewing and Fitting Mentor.
Enjoy individualized, focused instruction in a small class of learners who share your interest in quilt making.
For adults and students age 16+
Minimum enrollment: 2 students
Prerequisite: Completion of S&FM Beginner Sewing class (or similar), or demonstratable sewing skills (i.e., confident using a sewing machine, solid understanding of basic sewing terminology, able to sew a consistent and accurate ¼-inch seam), or with instructor’s approval.
Beginner Quiltmaking –
Mar. 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23 – Thursday mornings, 9:30 to Noon
Cost: $125 for class, plus $18 class supply/material fee. For your convenience, you can add class supply fee to your cart at checkout or pay when you arrive for class.

Project: Quilt blocks for a fall or Christmas/winter themed table runner (fabrics will vary from photo).
(Please note: this class will focus on creating the blocks. Completing the table runner will be during Session II during our Late Fall class sessions.)
